Long Shot bt..This child was diagnosed with Meningitis and was treated with Prednisone for long time without titration ..Causing this manifestation

Sarcoidosis is a nice one ! Serum ACE level ..CXR for B/L hilar lymphadenopathy

That parothid enlargement... Sarcoidosis? Seems to have also something like a goiter too

I was thinking also about burkitt lymphoma, but do not see very well the skin lesions
