A 56 yr old man was shovelling snow in the front of his house in the Midwest when he suddenly developed cyanosis of the fingers and nose. He was taken to the E.D. Physical exam showed jaundice, splenomegaly and acrocyanosis. Review of his records revealed history of mycoplasma infection as well as Waldenström macroglobulinemia. 1.
