Insomnia is a common disorder. ๐Ÿ‘ฅ People suffering from insomnia feel difficulty is falling asleep or wake up in the middle of night and are then unable to fall asleep again, getting irregular and unhealthy sleep which in turn effect their sleep quality and mood/feelings in day time. ๐Ÿ”น๐˜Š๐˜ข๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ด There is not a single cause of insomnia. The problems causing insomnia are different for different person. Insomnia can also be a symptoms for other underlaying medical conditions such as: โ€ข Bipolar disorder โ€ข Asthma โ€ข Allergies โ€ข Parkinsons's disease โ€ข Hyperthyroidism โ€ข Acid reflux โ€ข Kidney disease It can also be caused due to certain medications including: ๐Ÿ’Š antidepressants, corticosteroids, high BP medicines, caffine containing pain killers, diuretics etc ๐Ÿ“ต Using mobile phones or electronic devices before bed is presently a major cause of insomnia. Along with inability to sleep, insomnia can also be identified by not having good quality sleep.
