In parasitic infection and allergic conditions eosinophils accumulate under the influence of- A. Gamma interferon B. Eotaxin C. Major basic protein D. IgM Ans. B. Eotaxin. Eosinophils take part in inflammation by the influence of eotaxin 1 & 2. These eotaxins act as chemotactic factors that causes migration of eosinophils from blood vessels to tissue.
