It looks like a strawberry mark and can either disappear by about 5 years or it could grow so I would say to get the baby checked

Only sometimes that’s why it’s best to get checked. My friends daughters disappeared before she was 5 the doctors here in the U.K. advised it possibly would but sometimes they can grow too
