Paralysis of arm due to injury to cervical nerve of brachial plexus.
Damage to the upper trunk of brachial plexus where the six nerves meet C5,C6 roots , Suprascapular nerve ,Nerve to subclavius follwimg the ant & post division of upper trunk...And waiter sign is due to Damage to the nerve that supplies the muscle leading to Arm hanging to the side adducted medially rotated & Forearm extended & pronated leading to waiter s tip or policeman tip deformity
