Diagnosis ?

A 43 year old female patient presented with what looks like skin spots.. what could be the probable cause and plan of management? with such skin problem.. it is non itching... what could be the probable cause? And what’s the line of management I should go for??

May be thrombocytopenia , ecchymosis
