I’m not a doctor, but my GT was helped dramatically when my doctor sent me to an allergist. He pin pricked me to determine allergies and we came up with a diet plan avoiding allergens.
Supportive care.. Anti inflammatory .. rinse the mouth with anaesthetic.. corticosteroids.. zinc supplements
