Patient age - 13 year old female have legs pain only Her serum calcium is 7.4 And left kidney stone 3 mm after pain killer she still have complaint of legs pain only

I dont think so about CT at this age and it can be because of lack calcium .??

Alb checked? If corrected serum ca is low, should be managed emergent if not recommend use of dairy products. CHECK VBG TOO.
