Effect on last molar teeth
My friend had tooth ache with pain of last 6months ago he consult a dentist, so dentist suggested that to have a filling . so my friend made permanent filling after this he is ok but for now recently a month ago he had lost his filling and the some of the layer . this is the X-raywhich I have shown up...so what is the present situation of the tooth ?? & what is the diagnosis to be done further??? Either the tooth to be filled again or it should be extract ???

Dental Caries with perapical abscess. In my opinion, extraction is the ideal treatment in this case as its a third molar) Root canal Treatment would be another option. But i am skeptical about the scope of post-endodontic restoration!
