It’s okay to fall, it’s okay to hit rock bottom but NEVER give up on what you know is your destiny!
It’s okay to fall, falling is what makes us human. The pain from falling makes us realize that the only way from there is to go up. Keep going higher and push yourself, learn from your mistakes. Remember what you are thinking of letting go, someone else is working hard to get. In the end it’s all about learning from our mistakes, which will turn us into better doctors for our future patients.

🔴 Bone marrow aspirate shows neoplastic promyelocytes with abnormally coarse and numerous azurophilic granules.
🟣 Other characteristic findings include the presence of several cells with " bilobed nuclei" and a cell in the center of the field that contains multiple needle-like "Auer rods" .
