What is you diagnosis?

What is you diagnosis?

A 25 year old woman with an erythematous plaque with mild scaling refered to clinic. She had this lesion about 13 days ago. She have used cream clotrimazole 1 % QID and had shower daily. It became brighter and smaller but she had skipped a daily shower routine for 2 days so it became like above again. There is no history of underline disease in this patient. What should I do for this patient?
