94 years old with hx of right eye blindness presented with redness ,not painful and hx of subconjuctival injection from certain facility...currently on timolol and sodium chloride eye drops.what's next management here

Cornia arcus because of hyperlipidemia and may be atherosclerosis and cause ischemia and haemorrhage
