22 male presenting with tachycardia. What is your diagnosis or interpretation of the ECG findings?

Sinus tachycardia. Nl axis. I don't see any pathological findings.

Have to agree... I believe it is an anterior STEMI due to ST elevation on virtually all the chest leads. I think this patient may also have a slight R axis deviation
