Recently I have found a post of HLA B27 positive person who has been under treatment and is now HLA B27 negetive. Anyone knows the treatment? #spine, #hlab27, #Ankylosing spondylitis, #Rheumatology, #orthopaedic

We do not treat one HLAB27 status as it is only a marker not a diagnosis

We did not diagnose the HLA, the important thing is to know wheather the disease or symptoms resolve or not
