What is reason behind occurrence of angioedema from ACE Inhibitors?

Due to increase level of bradykinin(vasodilator.)...which is inactivated by ace...

Because capillary are made up of single layer of endothelium.. during vasodilation the endothelial gap increase and fluid will ooze out .. the fluid is accumulate interstitial space produce edema...

ACE also breaks down bradykinin (a vasodilator substance). Therefore, ACE inhibitors, by blocking the breakdown of bradykinin, increase bradykinin levels, which can contribute to the vasodilator action of ACE inhibitors resulting in the angioedema
