Quick Fact: in Hypothyrodism: Primary (problem with thyroid itself) T3, T4 are Decreased and TSH is increased. Secondary Hypothyrodism: T3,T4 are decreased and TSH is Decreased. Subclinical Hypothyrodism: Normal T3, T4 and Increased TSH with no symptoms(No need for treatment here unless TSH>10)
