Any ideas? Dx?

Any ideas? Dx?

Ignore the scratch, it is from the cat. :) So, this has been going on for almost 4 years or so. Only hands are affected, only in the cold season. My doctor said it is some sort of cold allergy, but thing is i was not even exposed to cold this year and it still appeared. Skin on the affected area feels very rough, at some point it might crack and bleed. I would love to hear your opinions on this one. Thank you!

So if you R/O contact dermatotis for your hands such as using a lot water and detergents or latex gloves etc It can just be dry skin , its depend on where are you living because in cold whether humidity will decrease for skin and it can flared your dry skin to this condition If your doctor said cold dermatitis test yourself with piece of ice on your skin and see your change( on your arms for example) not specific or sensitive but good clue :) And your answer to my qusetions show that atopic dermatitis possibility is low but its not R/o You can use moisturizer agents, eucerin that can help you, use Glycerin pans instead of soap , after bathing moisture your hand If its continues should check up
