Sudden drop of blood pressure of 100/60 however has always been 120/80. Heart rate 99. Complaints of dizziness, nausea, blurred vision and headaches. Pain in kidneys revealed multiple kidney stones. Treatment options?
Management should be done according to size of stones.Since it's an acute case ; if small stone upto 1.5 cm we can do ESWL. If stones bigger than 1.5cm or other significant comorbidities we can go for PCNL. Nephrectomy can be done if both ESWL n PCNL are contraindicated. I guess.
