Skin Disease

No Improvement with Terbinafin Tab & Cream with Raw Sulfur for 2 month. Increase by using Betamethason and Salysailic Acid. Patient is Male, 28 year old with diabetic and Spinal TB patient. He takes everyday 3FDC & Metfoin with vildagliptin. Please Tell me what can i do as a next step??
