A 77 years old women she came to the hospital , she has a Diabetes from barley 30 years ago and was complaining from a pain in her legs , no BP problems ,what is your diagnosis ??

I see is diabetic foot ulcer I recommend surgical toilets and strong sntibiotics and close monitoring of every day
