Very dilated pupils.... What caused this?
Not sure what exactly caused this... I have always had larger than normal pupils, but these were huge! No I was not on any drugs, even though my eyes resemble the same of a cocaine user. The only drug I can think of that normally makes my pupils slightly larger than normal is Dexmethylphenidate. I did vomit from food poisoning the day before, from moldy bread, and I am allergic to penicillin, but bread was not so moldy that penicillin could have been produced. What do you think caused this?

I also have giant pupils. Mine look just like your and people often don’t know what color my eyes are. The eye doctor told me that it’s normal and some people just have large pupils 🤷🏼♀️
