D (none) : an erythrocyte’s shape is defined as a biconcave disk with a flattened center.

Google can't speak everything right , doughnuts is kinda same as a blood cell so it's correct over here

I would have said doughnut (without the hole though ;) ) if it weren’t for the ‘D’ option that made me think you expected a more detailed description :D.
