Wounds of the face
Patient 28 y/o History: was injured with a broken off bottle neck. Diagnosis: Cut wounds of the face Stab and slash wounds of zygomatic, buccal, frontal areas. Under the local anaestesia (Sol.Lidocaini), primary surgical treatment was done. An injection of tetanus vaccine was done. A course of broad-spectrum antibiotics is recommended, the patient is hospitalized in the department of maxillofacial surgery for further observation.

Great getting him sewn up. Someone had to have been really mad at him. He is fortunate if the trigeminal nerve was not cut. Dang. He should stay home awhile
