This man presented to the emergency department with profuse rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, and an altered mental status. A foreign body was found on rectal examination but was not visible, took a plain-film radiography of the abdomen and voila - reveals a beer bottle lodged in his rectum. The doctors were not able to manually extract the bottle and had to surgically remove it
