Fracture of jaw
Patient 52 y/o was assaulted. On examination: swelling of midface. Mobility of mandibula. On X-ray:Fracture of the mandibular body with displacemant of the fragments. Dental splinting was done. Sling bandage.

That is impressive. I have seen several jaw fractures but not like that. What was the force, fist or bat?
