62 years old male known case of T2DM ,under oral hypoglycemic agent since 8 years and newly diagnosed case of HTN who was prescribed Tab. Amlod 10mg once daily by unknown local practitioner, now presents with a chief complain of tachycardia and enlarged gums. No smoker, Occasionally consumes alcohol. The reason I posted this case was that this is a rare example of CCB causing gingival hypertrophy in higher dosages.whats your thought on this???
