Yes,here the cause is complete rupture of long head of biceps tendon (confirmed after MRI).It always does not show this "popeye sign" i.e. biceps may look normal even after tendon rupture.
The tendon of the biceps tears off it’s insertion point. I was told cosmetic only doesn’t affect use?
