Guy tried to see if a steel toe boot could stop a .45 caliber bullet!!

He and his co-workers were discussing whether the steel toe boot would withstand a round from a .45, and he decided to test it. Based on the placement of the shot, it almost appears the shooter missed his boot's steel-toe insert in his boot. This might be a blessing in disguise, preventing metal shrapnel from spreading throughout the foot. The average person would probably take their foot out of the boot first. Or, if the desire is to see potential damage inflicted, to put something inside the boot (that isn’t your foot).
