Extensive forearm injury due to a workplace accident

On examination, the flexor tendons were ruptured, ulnar nerve damaged, and his hand was pale and cold to the touch due to extensive blood loss. Forearm tendon repair is carried out when one or more tendons are ruptured or are cut, leading to loss of normal hand movements. During a reconstructive operation, the two ends of the ruptured tendons should be carefully identified and sutured back. After a successful surgery, tendons and nerves were repaired and the skin was closed. Photo by @sonerlap
