The raindrop skull ☔ 💀

The raindrop skull is a typical striking feature of multiple myeloma. Innumerable well circumscribed 'punched out' lytic lesions can be best seen in the lateral view of the skull. An easily learnt mneumonic for the symptoms of multiple myeloma is "CRAB" 🦀 🦀 🦀 C- calcium elevated R- renal failure A- anemia B- bone lesions (lytic) and bone pain 🦀 🦀 🦀
