Cystic ovarian tumor

A cystic ovarian tumor is usually painless unless twisted on its own pedicle. It usually keeps growing silently and the patient just feels discomfort due to its increasing size, unless if it ruptures before or during the surgery. If ruptured it can cause adhesions which can complicate things. But this patient was lucky enough to have it removed as a whole. Lovely job doctors!! 👏👏👌
