Everything takes time,but once you face this wave......you can handle anything,trust me
Sometimes it just sucks. Bad. And that sometimes is not always just a day but can take longer. However, quitting will make you probably only feel worse in the long run. So you’ll have to find a way to get through this period. It’s sound stupid but start with a bit of releaxing. Make a schedule for studying and make sure you pen down enough time to releax. In those periods, exercise. It doesn’t matter what, just do something where you don’t have to think. Swim, do yoga, kickbox, run. As long as your mind is of your studying. Put some social time down, just to unwind and complain together. Get your frustrations out! But, if it really gets too much, if you find yourself unable to come out of bed or feel depressed, please find some help. It isn’t a flaw, you learn from this period. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. In the end, it will all be worth it. Just know that you are not alone, and not the first one to go through this. You will come out of this stronger.
