Any 3 spot Diagnosis ?
82yr Male with recent H/O cough with yellow coloured sputum for 5 days. Past H/O Hypertension for 30yr and Diabetes for 26yr , under medication. Vitals BP 150/100 mm Hg and RR 26pm. No other investigations done yet .

Standard community acquired lobar pneumonia. Staph aureus most likely
