There are different methodssss of contraception: 😌 1.long-acting reversible contraception(LARCs), such as the implant or intra uterine device (IUD) 2.hormonal contraception, such the pill or the Depo Provera injection 3.barrier methods, such as condoms 4.emergency contraception 5.fertility awareness 6.permanent contraception (vasectomy and tubal ligation) And There are two types of LARC 😌 * the intra uterine device (IUD) that lasts for five to ten years which includes the coilsss. (that we have been usssing) * the implant that lasts for three or five years. He: yeah yeah!! They are sometimes called “fit and forget” contraception right? I've heard about it.. 😉 She : Ohh yeah right!!
