Sudden shortness of breath (chest x-ray)

A 27 years old man presented with sudden shortness of breath, no past medical history, no history of trauma, he is a smoker, his height is 180 cm and his BMI is 14 (underweight). this is his Chest x- ray, what is your diagnosis and managment? also why his weight and highet is important here?

pneumothorax on his right side. underweight, young men which are tall often get a pneumothorax

Right complete pneumothorax. Requires a Thoracic drain. His height may suggest Marfan Syndrome, a disorder of body's connective tissues.

you are right, it is penumothorax, but why marfan syndrome? im 183 cm and am sure i dont havr marfan syndrome, the height is just a risk factor
