Is the RBCs are neucleated or not ?

Nucleated red blood cells (normoblasts) are not normally seen in the peripheral blood. When present, they usually indicate the presence of severe degrees of hemolysis, profound stress or hypoxemia, or a myelophthisic condition, such as myelofibrosis.
