Giemsa stain

Giemsa stain

The Giemsa stain is specific to DNA phosphate groups (adenin/thymine) and indicates the cell nucleus, the malignant tumors have different DNA than a normal cell, more sections are active. The picture contains normal cells of the mouth, nothing unusual. If you watch the cells carefully, you can discover some microorganisms of the normal flora. (The pointer helps you)
