Chest pain

a 60 years female present with chest pain,patient diagnosed Autoimmune Rheumatic arthritis+Type 2 DM before and treatment continued now consciousness level is not good.BP is 160/90,BP controlled by atenolol,ECG done,BMI is more then 30,cholesterol is 206mg/dl, triglyceride is 145mg/dl,FBS is 75mg/dl,PLT is 450000,electrolytes are normal what is next step...
