Interesting case of the day 80s/ F Known case of Hypothyroidism under Levothyroxine 25mcg per day Microcytic Hypo-chromic anemia Bilateral Renal Atrophy Came in with swelling of both extremities for 5 days with peeling off of the skin and Non healing wound ( Started with small bullae and increasing in size) No history of T2DM and any other diseases Patient’s Medications: Levothyroxine Torsemide Erythropoietin RFT - Normal Hb : 9.0 RBS:100 BP: 80/50 mmhg HR : 92 bpm RR: 20 cpm T: 36.8C Questions: 1.
