Being an overweight is not just a cosmotic matter, it means that you are being pre-diseased!. Complex of disorders are on hold and awaiting those who do not control their body weight. Obesity is being a global concern for how serious it is, and how dangerous it can be. Medically we can define obesity as body mass index(BMI) of 30kg/m.squared and above. Most commonly obesity leads to metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus type 2, and high blood cholesterol and triglycerides. Other manifestations are illustrated in the figure above.
