Waxy model of pregnant woman

This waxy model was modeled of an unknown pregnant woman in 1700s. Her body was anatomized by medical students at the Royal college of surgeons in san carlos. Waxy models like this one were used in teaching anatomy to the students as very few cadavers were available.
