Early 50s Male came in with issues as such He claims that it started as tiny vesicle which progressed and became such over 4 years of time. No medications was done No consult was sought Came in due to pain, pruritus and no other symptoms One of the family members is undergoing PTB Treatment No other significant history

Keloid because 1) he's is of African descent 2) keloid do not regress overtime whereas hypertrophic scars resolve spontaneous more often within a year 3) one of the predominant locations of keloid is the chest alongside shoulders, upper back, back of neck and earlobes 4) it has progressively increased in size
