Hmm. Listen to heart + lungs, percussion, Crp, blood count, bga (elektrolyte, hb, o2), smear medical. At first Ibuprofen -> against pain + fever (38+), drink good as possible, use drops with local anästhesia (lidocain) Ggf by massive unprodictiv cuffing at night paracodein. Tomorrow or in two days we‘ll have the crp and the bloodcount. I don‘t think we‘ll need antibiotics, be restrictiv with them. She‘d feel better in a few days. See her again overnext day. Sure she souldn‘t go to study/work
