Domino heart transplant

Dead donors heart and lungs are given to recipient 1, who for example has pulmonary hypertension which is compromising his hearts ability to function properly, but not damaging it. Recipient 2 gets recipient 1’s old heart. And everyone except the dead donor is happy!
