So you shouldn‘t forget the local Anästhetics. Its a huge part of the anästhesia. Especialy in gynäkology, (Bucain/Sufenta) trauma surgery (singleshot: Ropivacain, Lidocain,..) , dentalmedicin (artecain,..) we try to use This anästhesia part oft as possible. The general anästhesia and the central analgeticas are a risk. Often we use both. General + local. (abdominal surgery) (local pain pump)
