Hallo drs ..if I take pills of my drug at time of my sleep ..is this make its side effect disappear like pain in lower back and thirsty or is this permenant as drug inside my body all the time! My drug called isotretonin!💕help plz if you can ☺️💕

Not a doc, but in the same boat as you. To avoid side effects of Accutane, take it with a fatty diet as it is fat soluble (and not when you are empty stomach or before sleeping). Take it with food. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER (JUST KEEP CHUGGING AS MUCH AS YOU CAN). Stretch your back every morning with downward dog and cobra poses. You should be fine.
