It’s not MI!! She has written hyperthermia. MI cases come with cold swelling, do not forget it kids.
Then what is it all things r in favour of MI except hyperthermia could u explain it

Dantrolene 2 mg/kg...should be repeated after every 5-10 minutes untill the cardiac and respiratory system are stabilized.watch out side effects!
