Ms. S having a paratubal cysts. She is having lower abdominal pain, a weekness,. After ultrasonography diagnose with Uterine fibroids with para tubal cysts. She having anterior posterior wall of fibroids. After the diagnosis surgery has planned. laparoscopy a surgery of total hysterectomy was done.
