How does hyperlipidemia as well hyperlipiduria coexist in Nephrotic syndrome? Could possibly be due to lipid loss, liver starts generating compensatory lipid that overflows the normal level. Makes sense?

Hyperlipidemia causes lipidurea in nephrotic syndrome.

In nephrotic syndrome hypoproteinemia can occur and to compensate this liver can form lipoprotein which can cause hyperlipidemia and it causes lipidurea.
